Return Period

You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your item.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

We accept returns in the following cases:

Wrong product received
Product defect or damage during shipping
Product has been tampered with
Size does not fit according to our size chart

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
Sale items and gift cards

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
No restocking fees are applied.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original product. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you wish to purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
